Founded by Mitch Baruchowitz and Kevin Gibbs in 2016, Merida has 21 professionals across North America.  Our senior staff are veterans from major Wall Street and private equity firms and hedge funds, bringing over 50 years of collective cannabis industry experience to our management and portfolio companies. Our operating partners include individuals with senior executive experience at both Fortune 500 companies as well as from the cannabis industry.
